2142179 - Upload Employee Times From Microsoft Excel

You would like to know if there is a restriction on the number of employees to be uploaded using the Upload Employee Times From Microsoft Excel option.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Time Administration Work center.
2. Time Recordings View.
3. Time Sheet Sub view.
4. In the Actions button
5. Now click on Upload Times From Microsoft Excel
6. You can enter only 60 rows in the initial template setup

There is no restriction in the initial template setup and the lines just need to be enabled by inserting rows in the Excel Template.

1. Go to Time Administration Work center.
2. In the Time Recordings View.
3. Click on Time Sheet Subview.
4. In the Actions button, Click on Upload Times From Microsoft Excel
5. You may insert rows by using the regular Insert option in the excel sheet or you can copy any amount of rows and the Excel Worksheet will be extended by that amount of lines.
