2142211 - Mobile Server not starting after installing a Support Package

• SMP 3.0 is upgraded from SP05 to SP06.

• The Install log shows a successful install

Upgrade to SAP Mobile Platform 3.0 SP06 has been completed successfully.

• The SMP server fails to start with the following error in the osgi log
