2142978 - Receiving batch is not set automatically when doing stock transfer in MIGO - SAP ERP & SAP S/4HANA

When doing stock transfer using transaction MB1B, for example movement type 311/ 313, the receiving batch will be copied from issuing batch automatically with system message M7 199 ''The Receiving batch will be automatically set to ***'.
But this does not happen when using transaction MIGO, user has to enter the receiving batch manually.
