Symptom
Contract data which is added to service orders are inconsistent between SAP CRM and Service Manager.
In SAP CRM, contract data has two types of start/end dates. (One is for a header, another is for items).
However, when Service Manager derives this contract data, apparently only the dates for a header is brought down and the item's start/end dates are overwritten erroneously with the header dates.
