2143496 - SM66/SM50 new layout in EHP7

Symptom

In transaction SM66/SM50 of a EHP7 system, you cannot find the columns Table and Action.

The columns Table and Action were previously displayed by default in older versions of the system.

Also, the SM66 > Settings > List Status option is not available / greyed out.  This function was deactivated with the EHP7 layout change and is only accessible in transaction SM66_old.
