2143524 - ASE Error 2601 duplicate key in 'rs_translation' when creating connection to Oracle - SRS

Symptom

When creating a connection to Oracle, the following errors happen in the Replication Server log:

  • Replcation Server built with ASE RSSD

ERROR #1028 USER(sa) - /generic/useful/cm.c(9017)
Message from server: Message: 2601, State 6, Severity 14 -- 'Attempt to insert duplicate key row in object 'rs_translation' with unique index 'rs_key_translation'.
Message from server: Message: 3621, State 0, Severity 10 -- 'Command has been aborted.'.

  • Replcation Server built with SQLAnywhere Embedded (ERSSD)

ERROR #1028 USER(sa) - /generic/useful/cm.c(9106)
Message from server: Message: 548, State 0, Severity 16 -- 'SQL Anywhere Error -196: Index 'rs_key_translation' for table 'rs_translation' would not be unique'.
