• ASE errorlog contains a timeslice error in:
  uigetTaskBlock()
  bufunkeep()
  bufallunkeep()

• An UPDATE STATISTICS or CREATE INDEX command does not complete and cannot be killed.
• The symptoms may vary depending on the exact platform and version
