  • VAR partners that have achieved Partner Center of Expertise (PCOE) certification are entitled to sell and deliver VAR-delivered support.
  • These partners are contractually bound to provide all 1st and 2nd level support for their customers. 
  • If development support is required the incident must be forwarded to SAP, but only after the partner’s support duties have been performed.
