2144033 - REORG DEFRAG SKIP_COMPACT_EXTENTS fails with error 605 - SAP ERP/BW ASE

Symptom

You are running SAP applications on SAP ASE. You use DBACockpit ATM to run maintenance on ASE tables and have the DBACockpit Data Collection Framework enabled.
After applying SAP Note 2135358 v2, you find ATM runs to fail continously -- wherein the command REORG DEFRAG .. with SKIP_COMPACT_EXTENTS encounters the error:

Msg 605, Level 21, State 1: Server 'SID', Line 1:
An attempt was made to fetch logical page '<nnnnnn>' from cache 'default data cache'. Page belongs to database '<DBNAME>' (<id>), object '<object name>' (<object_id>), index '<index_name>' (<idxid>), partition '<partition_name>' (<part_id>) and not to database '<DBNAME>' (<dbid>), object '<object>' (<object_id>), index '<index_name>' (<idxid>), partition '<partition_name>' (<part_id>).
