2144321 - KBA: /SAPSLL/CON_LMGM016/017 appears mentioning "A maximum value/quanity has not yet been maintained" when creating legal control master data

1. When creating or changing either a license, authorization, security, customs warehouse authorization, letter of credit, authorization for inward/outward processing or an agreement one of the following error messages appears:
• "A maximum value has not yet been maintained" (/SAPSLL/CON_LMGM016)
• "A maximum quantity has not yet been maintained" (/SAPSLL/CON_LMGM017)
2. RFC error /SAPSLL/PLUGINR3101 mentioning "Object is inconsistent" occurs when transferring change pointer data of partner related messages types via RBDMIDOC report. This will only be the case if there are partner included which are assigned to a license, authorization, security, etc. for which the above mentioned symptom takes place, maybe even without realizing that.
