2144468 - IS-M: Data for business partner not saved

Symptom

  • After adding company code and sales area to BP and saving the data, system shows message 'Data saved' but that is not true.
  • When creating a business partner (media customer - ISM020) using function ISP_PARTNER_SAVE_COMPLETE, sales area fields (sales org, distr. channel and division) are not visualized in BP transaction and also the customer is not saved in KNA1/KNVV tables.
  • Internal error - ADDR2_COMPLETE_OUT-ADRT_TAB and I_BAPICOMREM_SAVE incompatible during address synchronisation between IS-M and SAP-BP with report RJGADR20.
