2144601 - How to connect to ASA 7 via 64 bit ODBC Drivers

Symptom

  • Would like to connect to Adaptive Server Anywhere (ASA) 7 database in a 64bit software using DSN
  • Cannot find the 64bit ODBC driver for ASA 7
  • Using SQL Anywhere version 10 + 's 64bit ODBC Driver gives Error Message:
 "Invalid option 'ansi_substring' -- no PUBLIC setting exists'"
