What is the Behavior of the Candidate Search "Contains" search value?

  • The Basic Info search with the “contains” criteria works only for multiple words. For example searching “contains” “Square” in the Address candidates with address containing the word “Square” will be found. For example if address = “Trafalgar Square” or address =”Center Square
  • However if the searched text is a sub-string of the address, this will not be retrieved. Example address=”BigSquare” will not be found.
  • As other example if the address “contains” “Sq” the addresses “Trafalgar Square” and “Center Square” will not be found
