An MDM repository gets unloaded when Data Manager is forcefully closed/killed by the user while it is fetching a PDF file. In MDS logs, the following message is shown:
ImageSrvServer@GetPDF: Unspecified Exit Point
After 10 communication retries, the repository is unloaded/stopped because MDS cannot communicate with the DBMS.
