Symptom

  • Devices are not getting any application.
  • Package server is not pushing any application packages to devices.
  • Event viewer did not show any error for Afaria or package server. Context Remote server showed below error:
    "Unable to connect to Server: <B><localhost></B> at address:(B><localhost></B> <BR>Reason: The RPC server is unavailable. HR=800706ba
