A recruiter user can make a list of users, who will interview the applicant the interviewers can only provide one set of feedback per applicant.
This article explains how to allow interviewers to upload interview notes.

Resolution
When an interviewer is completing the Interview Assessment, by default it is possible to enter free text comments, also the interview has the option to upload a document with notes.
- Admin Center;
- Manage Recruiting Settings;
- Check the option "Enable Document attachments for interview notes" as above;
Note: interview notes will be deleted when the application profile is purged.
