Symptom
- Clicking on "Manage Existing Devices" in the End-User Self-Service Portal (EUSSP) returns "Error accessing Self Service Portal. API services are not available", or "System Error".
- Logging into the EUSSP and enrolling devices works fine.
- An API debug log shows the error:
(EXCPT) StoredQueryService.GetFirstStoredQueryFiltered: run stored query ( 1514 ). Subquery returned more than 1 value. This is not permitted when the subquery follows =, !=, <, <= , >, >= or when the subquery is used as an expression. Subquery returned more than 1 value. This is not permitted when the subquery follows =, !=, <, <= , >, >= or when the subquery is used as an expression. - The query SELECT * FROM A_V_SSP_CLIENTS against the database returns the same error.
