• This article explains how to create a Job Alert in RCM module.
• Do Candidate Job Alerts in RCM require an integration with RMK?

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

In order to enable Job Alert feature in Recruiting Management module it is necessary to schedule a Job in Provisioning (backend of SF instance).

However, an integration with RMK is not required. Job Alerts in RCM and RMK work separately. For more information on how job alerts work when there's an integration between RCM and RMK, please, check the following KBA: 2081237 - Job Alerts in Recruiting with RCM and RMK - Recruiting

Please submit an case to Support providing the following information.

• Company ID
• A valid user to own this job. Our recommendation is to provide us a dummy user that will never be inactivated. If you inform an actual employee user and the user later becomes inactive, the job alerts job will fail.

On Provisioning, the following switch will be enabled: Enable Job Alerts for Candidates.
