2146041 - External Site Wrapper - Recruiting

Symptom

This new feature is an External Career Site wrapper which can be branded using the External Career Site Theme Manager. Multiple brands can be created and applied across multiple External Career Sites and microsites.

When you enable this option, your career pages will have some changes, and you will be able to create themes and associate then with your careers site. Also, you have the ability to uncheck this option, and your careers site will goes back to how it was before.

Pre-Requisites

• Provisioning > Company Settings > Version 12 UI framework (Revolution)

• Grant Manage Recruiting Sites Permission:

Non-RBP: Manage Recruiting Administration > Manage Recruiting Sites

RBP: Manage Permission Roles > Administrator Permissions > Manage Recruiting > Manage Recruiting Sites

•Grant BizX Theme Manager Permission Important Tip: this permission is required in order to access the theme manager which lives inside the Manage Recruiting Sites admin page):

 Non-RBP: Administrative Privileges > System Properties > Company System and Logo Settings

RBP: Manage Permission Roles > Administrator Permissions > Manage System Properties >  Company System and Logo Settings

 

Configuration

1. Enable v12 External Career Site. Admin Tools > Manage Recruiting Sites > Enable V12 External Career Site

2. Once the V12 External Career Site is enabled, a link “Manage Recruiting Site Themes” will

appear on the Manage Recruiting Sites page

3. Create External Career Site Themes

a. Manage Recruiting Site Themes > Create a new theme

b. Use the Theme Manager to create a company theme

c. Click “Save”

d. Manage Themes

4. On the Manage Themes Page, apply the created theme to the specified career site and microsite by applying them in the” Visible to” column
