2146098 - RSAR 671 or CALL_FUNCTION_NOT_REMOTE dump when Checking or Creating Source System in T-Code RSA1

When you check source system connection in T-Code RSA1, the following information is displayed:

Source system release XXX is not the same as local information XXX
RSAR 671

Diagnosis

    The replicated system information (table RSBASIDOC) indicates that
    system  has Basis Release . However, the system actually has Basis
    Release .

System Response

    If BI Content is delivered for the Release, the system cannot find
it when it collects the BI Content.

Procedure

    Activate the source system and refresh the metadata.

If a new source system is to be created a CALL_FUNCTION_NOT_REMOTE dump happens.
