2146137 - Central Management Server cannot be started in one node of BI Cluster System

Symptom

  • In one Cluster System, you cannot start one of the Central Management Server neither in Central Configuration Manager nor Central Management Console.
  • If you have already started CMS1 then you cannot start CMS2 until you stopped the CMS1 manually.
