2146473 - Exception condition "EXC_LORD_NOT_ACTIVE" triggered

Symptom

The error pop-up "Exception condition "EXC_LORD_NOT_ACTIVE" triggered" is occurring when launching the My Quotations app. The error can also be seen in transaction /IWFND/ERROR_LOG.

There maybe also a dump can be found in the backend system, such as:
