2146646 - Error Message : 0 digit(s) permitted after the decimal point

Symptom

You received the above error message after upload a Base Price List or List price.

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Product and Service Portfolio work center.
  2. Select the Pricing view.
  3. Search fPrice List 
  4. Click in Edit button

  1. Go to Product Portfolio WC
  2. Go to List Prices View
  3. Search for the respective List price
  4. Click in Edit button

Cause

In SAP Business ByDesign, inventory management allows and stores 3 decimals for for the unit of measure, however you cannot enter decimals for the Unit of measure EA. If you enter decimals for Unit of measure EA you will receive the mentioned error.

Resolution

So kindly remove the decimals under Price and Price unit .
