Symptom
IntractiveSQL(DBISQL) cannot connect to the IQ server with a different CommBufferSize via shared memory.
DBISQL stops not able to connect to the IQ server.
ex:
-p(CommBufferSize) = 64000
[params.cfg]
-p 64000
[iqmsg]
