2146687 - ORA-04063: package body "PACK_AUGMENT_DATA" has errors - EIS

• While running a model in SAP Enterprise Inventory and Service-Level Optimization (EIS), an error occurs during validation of the "PACK_AUGMENT_DATA" plsql package in the SOPS_GATEWAY schema when doing one of the following:
1. Installing or upgrading the EIS schemas (i.e. MIPO, DataLoader, Data Gateway and Datastore).
2. Loading a supply chain model.
    

• The package will appear as an invalid object during a check for invalid objects after the SOPS_GATEWAY is installed.  This is especially the case if it is the only invalid object:

• When loading a supply chain, an error can also be seen in the EIS (SmartOps) application log similar to the following:
