Symptom
- Internet Explorer 9 hangs when sending WebIntelligence reports to user inbox.
- Error message: "Internet Explorer has stopped working".
- In Internet Explorer 11 there is no error message shown, but the page hangs while loading.
- Issue is not reproducible with Firefox or Chrome.
