Symptom

  • Error in the Business View Manager.
  • Menu to create new Business View elements is grayed out.
  • In the Business View Manager, when attempting to open a Data Connection, a Data Foundation, a Business Element, or a Business View, it fails with the error:
              
    "A valid keycode to use the Business View Manager is not found."
