The user is unable to edit the price in Shopping Cart.
Environment
SAP Business ByDesign
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Home work center.
- Go to Self-Services Overview view.
- Select Go Shopping.
Price cannot be edited.
Cause
Price is not editable in Go Shopping option of "Home work center - Self-Services Overview view".
Resolution
The price is editable in Go Shopping (Advanced) of "Home work center - Self-Services Overview view".
Note: if the user have created a Catalog for non-stock materials and services that are ordered in the Shopping Cart, the price will be pulled from the published Catalog. Kindly note that this price field will be non-editable. That happens because the Catalogs are usually provided by external suppliers or set by purchasing department in case of custom catalogs with prior negotiation.
