Symptom

Running sysmon "00:00:01" may receive the following error:

1> sp_sysmon '00:00:01',noclear
2> go

DBCC execution completed. If DBCC printed error messages, contact a user with System Administrator (SA) role.

Msg 18179, Level 16, State 1:
Server 'ASE', Procedure 'sp_sysmon_collect', Line 32:
Invalid parameter '00:00:00 '.
