Symptom
When indexing a CRM or Solution Manager object in ESH_COCKPIT, you receive the following error in the background job log:
- Information Messages (1)
Extraction request of template CRM_xxxxxxx,
requesting 4 entities
Error Messages (1)
Parallel load triggered, but parallel customizing not available
Information Messages (2)
Indexing of application data was unsuccessful
Search object connector ABC100~CRM_xxxxxxx~: New
status: Error While Indexing
Indexing ended with error
Job cancelled after system exception ERROR_MESSAGE
The error may also say:
- Initialization of parallel process failed; check server group setting
