2147638 - Gateway queue stuck with appointment sync including image from ReX app with SMP 2.3.5 - SMP


  • When creating an appointment in RetailExecution (ReX) application and attaching an image the synchronization fails with error "INSERT_WITH_FSK_UPDATE failed" returned from SMP server when passing data to the CDB.
  • This throws an error in SMQ2 in SAP Netweaver Gateway for function: /MAC/RSFM_QRFC_OUT_JSON_REQUST
