2147995 - ONS1201: Encountered Unrecoverable Error ... No such host is known - Afaria

Symptom

APNS push is not available on your afaria server.
When you use MDM URL enrollment for iOS, afaria server will send notification to get afaria client for iOS device after profile installation finsihed.
In this moment, the enrolled device can not get afaria client and you can see the following error message on your afaria server log.

ONS1201: Encountered Unrecoverable Error while sending Outbound Notifications to Specified Clients. Exception: No such host is known

Environment

Afaria7 SP04 and SP05.
It does not depends on OS version and type of database and version of database.
