2148074 - Cannot install applications because the certificate for [hostmachine or server name] is not valid.

Symptom

1. Enterprise application can not be downloaded to enrolled device.
2. Custom afaria client can not be downloaded to device while it is enrolling.

- IPCU log
    <Warning>: [ERROR]: Cannot load non-https manifest URL: http://hostname/agent.plist
    <Warning>: Could not load download manifest with underlying error: Error Domain=SSErrorDomain Code=128
                      "Cannot connect" UserInfo=0x {NSLocalizedDescription=Cannot connect}

- The following error message occurred like below on the enrolled iOS device.
     "Cannot install applications because the certificate for [hostmachine or domain] is not valid."

Environment

Afaria7 SP04 and SP05.
Relay server(not dependent for version).
This error messsage occurred on iOS 7 and higher.
