Symptom

When upgrading to SAP Mobile Platform 3.0 SP06 SAP Mobile Platform Windows Service get's deleted and not recreated.  Error message in upgrader install log:

com.sap.install.smp.wizardaction.ExecSilentInstall, err, ERROR: Upgrade failed

The specified service has been marked for deletion.
