Archiving object SPL_AT has been setup to start the deletion job as soon as the write job finishes writing the first archive file and starts the second file. To achieve the requirement, setting "Start Automatically" has been chosen for the Delete Job. But the deletion jobs are starting all at the same time only after the write job is completely finished.
