2148457 - How to convert the keypair of a PKCS#12 / PFX container into a PSE file

You received a PKCS#12 / PFX container from your communication partner and you want to convert the keypair into a PSE file for the use within AS ABAP.

Note: If you already have a CA-signed certificate and a corresponding private key, you will have to convert the CA-signed certificate & corresponding private key into PKCS#12 / P12 / PFX first. Then you can proceed as described below to import the resulting container into SAP WebAS (tx STRUST) or at the SAP webdispatcher.

The functionality to import a PFX / PKCS#12 file into STRUST (PSE->Import) is available as of SAP_BASIS 750.
