Symptom

During the execution of the Basic Configuration (Tx SOLMAN_SETUP), the activity SSO Setup fails with the following error:

  •  Activity 'SSO Setup' ended with errors

In the details, the following errors can be found:

<SID> : A failure occured while determining ume login ticket client (for SSO parameters) from UME service PropertySheet
Found SID for SSO ACL entry : <SID>
A failure occured while determining ume login ticket client (for SSO parameters) from UME service PropertySheet
!! Exception : User is not authorized to access Configuration Manager.
java.lang.SecurityException: User is not authorized to access Configuration Manager.
