2149131 - "Can't generate the chart. (PS0002)" when attempted to click on the geography icon in the information space chart.

When attempted to click on the geography icon in the information space chart receive error message

"It was not possible to retrieve a new chart from the server. Can't generate the chart. (PS 50002). [Show Details]=> Internal Generic ChartProvider Error: ProviderID=geographic, Message=while trying to invoke the method com.businessobjects.visualization.graphic.VisuState.getId() of a null object returned from com.businessobjects.visualization.graphic.IRegion.getPropertyValue(java.lang.String)."
