Symptom

Determine if a Document is being Saved

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

Cause

  • Setting on form not set correctly
  • Forms not saved in Document Center

Resolution

  1. Go to Reference Files
  2. Select the Form
  3. Select Edit Button
  4. Select Save Form within pop-up window
  5. Click  update
