2149475 - Duplicate Job Requisition Missing - Recruiting Management

The option "Duplicate Job Requisition" is missing for the Job Requisitions when hovered upon.

There are two known causes for this issue:

• Cause 1: The option "Hide Copy Existing Job Requisition option on the create requisition page" is checked for that specific role by which the issue is occuring.
• Cause 2: The User doesn't have "Create Forms" permission for the Job Requisition template that was used to create this specific Job Requisition.

Make sure that the affected User has the necessary permissions:

1. Go to Admin Center > Manage Permission Roles;
2. Identify the role in which the User belongs;

• Cause 1:

1. Click on Permissions in Permission Settings > Recruiting Permissions;
2. Uncheck the option "Hide Copy Existing Job Requisition option on the create requisition page".

• Cause 2:

1. Click on Permissions in Permission Settings >  General User Permission;
2. Define which forms a role may create.

3. Click Save;
4. Now go to Recruiting and hover over the Job Requisition, you will be able to see the option "Duplicate Job Requisition".
