2149475 - Duplicate Job Requisition Button Missing - Recruiting Management

The option "Duplicate Job Requisition" is missing for the Job Requisitions when hovered upon.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

There are three known causes for this issue:

• Cause 1: The option "Hide Copy Existing Job Requisition option on the create requisition page" is checked for that specific role by which the issue is occurring.
• Cause 2: The User doesn't have "Create Forms" permission for the Job Requisition template that was used to create this specific Job Requisition.
• Cause 3: The checkbox for "Enable Mass Copy Job Requisitions (Maximum copies allowed 30):" is not selected in Provisioning

Make sure that the affected User has the necessary permissions:

1. Go to Admin Center > Manage Permission Roles;
2. Identify the role in which the User belongs;
   
   • Cause 1:
     • Click on Permissions in Permission Settings > Recruiting Permissions;
     • Uncheck the option "Hide Copy Existing Job Requisition option on the create requisition page".
   • Cause 2:
     • Click on Permissions in Permission Settings >  General User Permission;
     • Define which forms a role may create.
3. Click Save;
   
   
   • Cause 3:
     • Provisioning → Company Settings → Select the "Enable Mass Copy Job Requisitions" checkbox
     • Click save
       
       
4. Now go to Recruiting and hover over the Job Requisition, you will be able to see the option "Duplicate Job Requisition".
