2149603 - BRAIN 892: SIDs of characteristic are missing -> unjustified

Symptom

In frontend tools based on the BICS interface (e.g. Analysis for Office) BRAIN 892 is sometimes raised unjustified after the import of SAPKW74008 or SAPKW74009.

  • # SIDs of characteristic <IOBJNM> are missing
  • BRAIN 892 (CL_RSDM_READ_MASTER_DATA->_SIDVAL_DIRECT_READ2)

The RSRV check as described in KBA 1989324 does not highlight an inconsistency explaining this error message.

Running the same query and/or F4 help via transaction RSRT in HTML mode works fine.
