Symptom

Wording on Home Page Careers tile overlapping due to length of the text on title

Environment

  • SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) - All versions
  • SuccessFactors Platform Home Page

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access SuccessFactors BizX home page;
  2. Check Careers Tile;
  3. Wording from tile is overlapping as example below:

Cause

Because of the length used on text replacement added for Careers, the tile header is pushed to the second line causing the tile information to shift downward as well.

Resolution

  1. Go to Admin Tools;
  2. Company Settings;
  3. Text Replacement;
  4. Careers: Change Careers text to a shortest sentence:
