2149882 - After Simulation of Period End Processing, The Job Response File is Empty

You are simulating a Period End Processing (PEP) calendar but, upon downloading the job response, an empty csv file is returned.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Off

1. Navigate to Admin Tools> Manage Time Off Calendars > Choose "Period End Processing" as "Change Scenario".
2. Create a new calendar and simulate it.
3. Go to Scheduled Job Manager > Download the simulated file and observe that the file is empty.

Booking end date is not falling within the calendar period.

Criteria for picking a Time Account during PEP simulation is that the Booking end date must fall in calendar period.

For example, I have a 2024 Vacation account with below details:

• Time Account Start date - 01/01/2024
• Time Account End Date - 31/12/2024
• Booking Possible Until Date - 31/03/2025

Here the Booking Possible until date is 31/3/2025. Therefore, make sure that the Booking Possible Untill Date is falling in between the PEP calendar's start date and end date.

• PEP calendar start date 31/12/2024 and end date 31/5/2025:  Correct --->31/3/2025 is falling between PEP calendar start and end date
• PEP calendar start date 01/01/2024 and end date 31/12/2024: Wrong ---> 31/3/2024 is not falling between PEP calendar start and end date, hence 2024 accounts will not be considered for this run.
