2150348 - Move Goal Up and Move Goal Down Buttons are Greyed out on the Goal Plan - Goal Management

When trying to change the ordering of goals on the goal plan, the "Move goal up" and "Move goal down" buttons are greyed out.

SAP SuccessFactors Goal Management

1. Navigate to the Goal module
2. Choose a Goal Plan
3. Open the “Action” button beside a goal
4. Choose the option Move Up or Move Down Option

The options are greyed out:

• If there is any type sorting in the goal plan, for example, by Goal Name, the Move goal up and Move goal down functionalities do not take effect.
• To resolve this issue, you may reset the sorting criteria by adding the "obj-plan-numbering" element into the goal plan xml - more information on how to configure this can be found in the implementation guide.
• Please note, the Move goal up and Move goal down buttons will only work for goals of the same category.
