2150488 - 900-001-6 error when routing the PM form to the next step - Performance Management

• The owner is unable to route the PM form to the next step.
• Not possible to route form manually via Admin Tools (using "send the form to next step") because it shows error 900-001-6

SAP Successfactors Performance Managerment

1. Go to the Performance Tab
2. Open the affeted PM form
3. Try to move the form to the next route step.
4. Receive the 900-001-6 error message below

Data Issue caused by Out of Turn Access functionality.

In order to resolve this issue, kindly follow the below steps:

1. First the form should be saved by the user using "save and close" instead of sending it to the next step.
2. Then you Manually route the form in Admin Center > Route Form tool using the 'Send to a specific step' option.
3. Now the form is successfully routed to the next step.
