2150520 - Attachments in Tickets are Visible Under Tasks

Symptom

You create a Task inside a ticket that has attachments. As a result, the Task is created with the attachment inside.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Tickets Work center;
  2. Click on Tickets;
  3. Click on New;
  4. Fill the necessary information;
  5. Save and Open;
  6. Go to Attachments tab;
  7. Attach any document in the Ticket;
  8. Create a task  inside the Ticket;
  9. Save;
  10. The attachment from the Ticket is automatically replicated into the newly created Task.

Resolution

This is a system behavior. If you create a Task inside a Ticket that has an attachment, it will replicate automatically to the newly created Task.
