2150631 - How to send a specific set of Employee data via Standard Boomi interface: "Packaged Integration: EC to Workforce EmpCenter - Employee”

• Boomi Interface Name: "Packaged Integration: EC to Workforce EmpCenter - Employee"
• How to send a specific set of Employee data to Workforce using standard iFlow : "Packaged Integration: EC to Workforce EmpCenter - Employee" . 

Example:

In Employee Central if there are 10 Employees that needs to be sent to Workforce but you need to send only specific set of Employee data out of 10 Employees. 

Boomi

The process "Packaged Integration: EC to Workforce EmpCenter - Employee" has a feature of replicating list of specific Employee data in Environment Extensions.

How to Accomplish this scenario:

This is possible by giving a list of Employees (IDs) in the "PERSON_ID_EXTERNAL" field under Dynamic process property of Environment Extensions by providing the list of Employee IDs delimited by comma operator. 

Note : Please remove the list of Employees from the "Person_ID_External" tab once you are accomplished your requirement, otherwise process will always pick up the data of only the list of Employees mentioned. 

Steps to be followed:

Step 1: Go to "Atom Management" in Boomi. 

Step 2:Go to environment attached to the atom where integration Pack has been deployed.

Step 3: Select Specific interface in Process filter tab and click on "Dynamic Process Property" and provide the list of Employee Id's in the "PERSON_ID_EXTERNAL" field which has to be sent to Workforce and "Save".
