2150654 - Age (Days) column in the Job Requisition is not showing any data - Recruiting Management

Symptom

  • The Age calculation in the Job Requisiton Summary page will not show any value even the Job requisition has been opened for some time
  • Job requisitions have been created, approved and posted. The “Age (Days)” column is not calculating any data.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create a Job Requisition
  2. Approved it and post it
  3. The “Age (Days)” column is not calculating any data in the Job Requistion Summary Page

Cause

The provisioning job "Calculate Job Requisition Age" is not triggered/running.

Resolution

To trigger the job, we have to do following the steps:

  1. Go to Admin Tool and click "Manage Recruiting Settings" link.
  2. Change the"start date" under "Age of job Requisition" to some other date field and save it.
  3. Then change the "Age of job Requisition" to Approved date and save it.

Note: The user enabling the setting will become the Job Creator and Job Executor for the job. It is recommended to use an admin user to save the setting so that the Job Executor will never become invalid. For details, please refer to KBA 3376412.
