- Approved it and post it
- The “Age (Days)” column is not calculating any data in the Job Requistion Summary Page
Cause
The provisioning job "Calculate Job Requisition Age" is not triggered/running.
Resolution
To trigger the job, we have to do following the steps:
- Go to Admin Tool and click "Manage Recruiting Settings" link.
- Change the"start date" under "Age of job Requisition" to some other date field and save it.
- Then change the "Age of job Requisition" to Approved date and save it.
Note: The user enabling the setting will become the Job Creator and Job Executor for the job. It is recommended to use an admin user to save the setting so that the Job Executor will never become invalid. For details, please refer to KBA 3376412.
