2151089 - Saphostctrl command fails with error: SapSSLInit failed: SSSLERR_PSE_ERROR

1. During upgrade, SUM stops with below error during the execution of the Register services with new start profiles step. You can find more information in REGISTER-SERVICES_xx.LOG:

The following problem has occurred during step execution: com.sap.sdt.j2ee.tools.controlservice.ServiceControllerException: Error while trying to register the service of the instance XX located on host <hostname>.
Saphostctrl action unregister instance service failed.
Return code condition success evaluated to false for process saphostctrl for action unregister instance service.

in log SAPHOSTCTRL_UNREGISTERINSTANCESERVICE_<hostname>_xx.ERR, you can see below error:

2. During upgrade, SUM stops with below error in phase Specify OS User Credentials. You can find more information in INPUT-OS-USER-PASSWORDS_xx.LOG
