2151378 - Work item not removed from SBWP inbox

Symptom

  • After a user executes a workitem from the inbox, the workitem should disappear from the user's inbox. This doesn't happen and the work item remains in the inbox.
  • Workflow log step history tab shows "Work item ******** locked" Message no. SWP144
  • Workflow log step history tab shows "Work items locked: Set to obsolete or terminate" Message no. SWP143
